Sovel Rail Traction focuses its activity on services for the rail and tram sector.

The objective is to provide a contribution of excellence aimed at enabling an ever-greater impact of this type of transport on the mobility of people and goods. The rail and tram sector, in fact, represents a current example of sustainable mobility, economically accessible and inclusive; consider, for instance, the efforts made by the sector in terms of comfort and accessibility for all individuals

Moreover, the rail and tram sector, combined with the use of green energy, i.e., obtained from renewable sources, are currently the only truly Green mobility system.

In conclusion, Sovel Rail Traction is firmly determined to continueinvesting to achieve service excellence and to increasingly contribute toward creating mobility that is green, sustainable and open to all.

We have been operating in the rail and tram maintenance market since 2003 as an operational unit of Sovel Italia Srl, and in 2004 we established Sovel Rail Traction Srl.

We have come a long way since then.
